On the topic....

"I learned that with the swipe of my pen, I could charge someone with the lowest-level offense, and because of the swipe of my pen, that person could be arrested," she said in a 2019 New Hampshire speech.

Harris also listed consequences, including potential lost work, jail time and costly attorney fees for the person charged. "Weeks later, I could dismiss the charges but their life would forever be changed."

Democrats are pretty up front and say exactly what they are up to, if you just pay attention! I remember everything for some odd reason. I even remember Joe Biden demanding that gasoline should cost at least $5 per gallon, in 2008. I remember the networks (particularly NBC) pointing out that Joe Biden was a plagiarizing, racist, dolt, in 1988, but somehow that faded away? It did not.

I think that KaMAla also used that identical phrase, “with a swipe of my pen”. Scary bunch those lib women when they have power.

“dismiss the charges but their life would forever be changed.”

I can remember this commonly said my entire 82 years. It was very commonly said by both sides in the Joe McCarthy era.
