Yes but this was special video and the machine that could play that video was dismantled many years ago.
Those machines were ordinary 1" video tape recorder/playback decks. In their prime they required constant maintenance. Obsolete, such machines will deteriorate with the passage of time. Those machines are rare, if to be found anywhere.
