This last fall I saw a machine pruning grape vines...perfectly. And another behind it picking up all the trimmings.

Drove by one day and it was busily working. Drove by two days later and it was all done.

It would take a hundred Mexicans a couple of weeks. And it would not be perfect.

Besides, robots don’t need food, reducing demand considerably:)
