Was he almost to the Mexican border just because bad guys used to flee there?
Or is it his old home ground or the gateway to another country?
He is apparently the “muscle” while the “brains” one is somewhere else, about to be named as they sweat out the truth.

From the beginning I thought there was a Mexican connection.
- Kidnappings for financial gain are a huge enterprise in Mexico, but very rare in the USA.
- Tuscon is a 16 minute drive to Mexico.
- The suspect lives in Rio Rico right on the Mexican border.
- The perp in the Ring camera video looks kind of greasy.

..or he was delivering food with his wife and kids as a DoorDash driver and has nothing to do with Guthrie’s disappearance and we when wake up in the morning, he will have been kicked loose and the investigation will be back to square one.
