Here is a little theory I have come up with. Just for fun, but still.....I believe it has potential.

Everyone knows that Bill and Hillary were a poltical contract from the very beginning. That being so, they knew that for a political future as a couple there had to be offspring.

So Bill is sterile, or super low fertile. Since for Hillary any male humping her is disgusting, it is of no real consequence who impregnates her. Just have a kid. *They* engage Webb Hubbell to do the deed. No telling what they have on Hubbell, but they own him. Of that I have no doubt.

There is zero chance than Bill is the biological father of that woman. Zip, zero, nada.

Hubbell impregnated Hillary, but it was not a romance or an affair. It was a calculated political decision. I seriously doubt Hillary ever experienced a tingle, much less an orgasm, while in the embrace of a male.

Hillary and Hubbell worked together at the Rose law firm for 16 years and Bill and Hillary had been cheating on each other for decades.

I think Bill was okay with Webb Hubbell as the father of Chelsea. Bill was shooting blanks anyway and it was better to have a family friend as the father than some outsider he didn't know.
