Those are good and valid questions, but I believe they all trace back to the psalmist’s inspired words in Psalm 115:16 — “The heavens are the heavens of the LORD, But the earth He has given to the sons of men.”
In other words, it’s not a failing of the Almighty, it’s a deficiency of “our” stewardship of GOD’s creation.

Our stewardship of the Middle East is not responsible for the rise of Islam in Saudi-Arabia centuries ago and it’s spread across the middle east and beyond...
not forgetting that Islam’s values and tenets somewhat oppose that of Christianity and Judaism setting the stage for centuries of violent confrontation with billions of dollars of oil money available to spread Islam globally today. How could we have managed or “stewarded” God’s creation differently to have avoided all the aforementioned religious conflicts?
