Ok, that’s some number TPUSA came up with, not the You Tube (etc.) number, I assume, if I understand you correctly.
In that case pretty much ALL such numbers from any “content provider” are likely inflated, if there are multiple posters of the content.
How many people would channel flip for the same content? It seems like the % would be low, unless... larger viewership providers with agendas dominating over desire to make money* might deliberately broadcast “hangs” or interruptions?
*YouTube uses watch time and viewer retention (how long viewers stay on a video) to determine video performance, ranking, and... monetization.
