I simply point out the obvious.
Jeffrey Epstein was a bad person who paid for sexual massages with dozens of under age prostitutes.
Epstein also understood the law and human nature.
Epstein always asked each girl if she was 18 or older.
If she said no, he would not have sex with her.
If she said yes, she was 18, he would pay her in cash, up front, the market price for sexual massage.
The age lie, and the cash payment, immediately reduce the severity of the under age crime.
In fact, that was exactly the crime that Epstein pleaded guilty to in 2007. Soliciting a prostitute and consensual sex with a minor.
About 35 women sued Epstein immediately after the 2007 guilty plea.
None of those women made sworn statements. None of those women gave sworn testimony. None of those women filed a criminal complaint. Because they could not. All of them were prostitutes.
Instead, the Epstein lawyers negotiated a cash settlement, and every one just went home.
The FBI went home upset, because none of the under age women flew interstate on the Epstein jet, or, to Pedo Island.
As far as I know, every crime that Ghislaine Maxwell and Epstein were ever charged with took place before 2005.
The charge Epstein pleaded guilty to in 2007 took place in the 1990s.
