Oh, FFS. You keep bringing up Rittenhouse as if the situation is the same. It’s not even close to being the same... ie Rittenhouse was not resisting arrest after thwarting law enforcement. Your side couldn’t be honest if your blinkin life (and soul) depended on it. And some day it just might.
He committed a Crime, beforehand invalidating any permit.
