Pretti never wielded the weapon and had every right to possess it.
He inserted himself into the actions of law enforcement. He had no right to do that. The cops did not know he had a gun until he got himself in between their actions in which a scuffle ensued, which was not his business to do.

Uh, no... from what I’ve read ... since he had no ID on him he was illegally carrying the gun. He was also resisting arrest and had a past, previous history of violence against ICE. He FAFOed. No sympathy whatsoever from me.

YOU MUST CARRY VALID ID WHEN CARRYING.
PRETTI HAD NO SUCH ID ON HIM.
HE WAS IN VIOLATION OF THE CARRY PERMIT.
