Veery nice. I was wondering if he was going to do it slow, like Johnny Mathis, or fast like Ray Stevens.
He started out slow and added a lot of embellishments as it picked up in speed that even Ray Stevens didn’t do.
You’re right, he does a nice job of building it. It would be interesting to know which versions he has most in mind when he plays it.
