Why even bother to pay taxes anymore?

This is what a failed state looks like. And I'm talking California and the United States.

If I could cheat on my taxes I would because I feel like the government,in PARTNERSHIP with fraudsters have been stealing from me for decades. And don’t get me started on paying taxes twice on money when I originally earned it and again when I received it as social “security.”
