Elected officials in state employees, who oversee this really really really need to go to jail for this. Negligence is one thing. But gross negligence in many cases of criminal, and that’s where we are at.

Minnesota is criminal fraud by a relatively small minority.

California is broad based , systemic and institutionalized fraud by a large plurality. You can make a strong argument that modern California has become economically dependent upon fraud.

“”With almost 2,000 hospice agencies, Los Angeles County has more than 36 states combined and 30X MORE than the whole state of Florida and New York “”

Hospice is paid with Medicare funds and I know from experience when my husband was in hospice at home, there was a lot of poor management and care in name only. The agencies providing the “so called care” don’t have to prove any care has been done..just send a bill to Medicare with no questions asked. A nurse came ONCE week to take vitals and was OUT THE DOOR!!! What you receive are a lot of promises about care. Definitely an area that needs A LOT OF investigation and oversight nationwide!!

LA county is a microcosm for California fraud.

The last official audit of LA County showed that just under 50% of LA counties budget was spent on fraud.

This was a long time ago and it's only gotten worse since then.

Broken down 23% of LA county's $52 billion a year budget goes to operating expenses and 77% of the budget goes to welfare and other entitlement transfer payments.

So $40 billion goes to transfer payments of one form or another.

Even assuming a conservative 50% fraud rate that gives $20 billion a year in entitlement fraud in LA county alone.

This only accounts for the LA county payments under their budgetary control and does not include payments disbursed directly by the State of California and Federal funding sources.

It has gotten so bad that entire California programs are basically thinly veiled vehicles to fraudulently transfer federal , state and local taxpayer money to fraudsters

And the California assembly has passed legislation that bars any use ID or biometric identity data to even verify the identity of people receiving money

It’s because CA is now jammed full foreigners/illegals who don’t give a lick about American laws or rules. The government rolled out the red carpet for tens of millions of these criminals, gypsies, Communist, thieves, terrorist, fraud rings, cartels, gangs, you name it. These people have zero zip allegiance to this country.

This is not complex.

I'm not surprised at all, and anyone with an ounce of comment sense shouldn't either.

If the true scope of fraud in all the liberal states in this country were known, well, I'd be tempted to say people would demand accountability, but I honestly feel they wouldn't.

18% of THE WHOLE COUNTRY’S home health care billing is coming out of Los Angeles County - One doctor billed the government $120 million in a single year claiming to oversee 1,900 patients
- With almost 2,000 hospice agencies, Los Angeles County has more than 36 states combined and 30X MORE than the whole state of Florida and New York “How is that possible? And take a look at this map, a cluster of 287 hospice providers, in a two-mile radius, some in strip malls, unmarked buildings, even a wrecking yard and vacant lot.

Lucky for corrupt democrats their butt boys in the press won't run with this story....

tip of iceberg in CA. Every state has much fraud for many decades.
Many lived full lives swindling the public in some form.
Thankfully every person faces Justice, even those who’s lives appear so untouchable.
