Ah, this quote is making the rounds again.

The quote “Fraud vitiates every thing” is not precedential. That phrase is from a book on Res Adjudicata by J.C. Wells in the late 1870s. AJ Miller used that phrase to explain why it did NOT hold in their opinion regarding a land grant.

Incredible ignorance by those pushing it again.

I don’t think the “fraud vitiates everything” people have ever heard of “apparent agency”.
