How is this cold snap rating on the Falling Iguana index...?
~~~ They say a huge number of manatees are rushing inland toward the steady warmth of freshwater springs. But with Miami getting down to 35 degrees I read that a lot of Iguanas are stunned. Coldest in decades.
I was in Maitland, Florida in '60 when the eye of hurricane Donna passed over my house, but I don't remember any iguanas then. It did get down to the mid-teens once though in December '62.
