Possible snow in Atlanta today. Yesterday, two Costcos I was at were madhouses based on the parking lots. I didn’t go in, went to the tire shop to get a battery in one, gas plaza at another. These stores had more people than these protests, and then some. No one was “striking”.

ya just gotta love the southeast! ... predictions of a couple of snow flakes send the population into a panicked frenzy, attempting to buy a year’s supply of water, bread, eggs and toilet paper prior to said snow flakes, you know, just in case ... plus, for some unknown reason, there are always “shortages” right before the big event! ...
[i know, because i was born and raised in the region. i now live in colorado where the stock is a bit hardier when it comes to snow, though too many folks here STILL seems to forget how to drive in the first snow of the year. Either that or it’s all of those new california locusts fleeing the messes they made in their home state.]
