I have been saying for 30+ years that ANYONE who kicks someone who is down on the ground should be charged with attempted murder.
It is extremely dangerous, and we need to stop it. In my opinion it all started after WWE wrestling became popular. But that is just acting.

I agree. And young Cooper administered a FULL BODY WEIGHT WITH BOTH FEET SIMULTANEOUS STOMP TO THE HEAD. If that’s not attempted murder, I don’t know what is.
