We get a rotisserie chicken from Smart and Final. Get one meal the first night, then make sandwiches for next day lunch, then use rest of the chicken in soup, chicken & dumplings, tacos or enchiladas. Never have gotten sick. The grand kids call it having a “Roasty Chicken” 😜

I've never seen rotisserie chicken at the Smart & Finals in the Phoenix area. Of course I pretty much stopped going there because they were extra masky during COVID.

Same here because the nearest Costco is 160 miles away. The Smart & Final chickens taste great!
