Nice idea but there’s one little problem: Federal pardons issued by the president apply only to federal crimes; they do not apply to state or local crimes or to private civil lawsuits. Pardons for state crimes are handled by governors or a state pardon board.
at least it takes all the Fed crimes off the board ... It’s mostly a Dem Congress aided and abetted by a corrupt DoJ that would be the main fascist persecution vehicle ... full might of the DoJ and all of that: Biden DoJ would look like a church choir compared to what the Dems will do should they get back in charge of the FedGov ... Plus, MUCH harder to find any legitimate state crimes to charge former Fed officials with, esp. by the time any such BS convictions would reach SCOTUS ...
