whats with the Rittenhouse comparisons i keep seeing. Completely different laws between open carrying a long rifle and conceal carrying a pistol. With a CCW, ANY contact with police , you have to tell them that you are armed. This guy didnt do that. Rittenhouse was attacked and legally defended himself. This idiot here was the attacker. You resist arrest and fight with cops and you are armed, i guarantee you are getting shot.
Not true. Depends on state laws. In my state you do not have to disclose to LE unless you are directly asked.
