An ICU Nurse not carrying ID is very suspicious.
My wife had an operation and pre-op I stepped out for her to have privacy when a nurse was installing something related to the surgery. I was two steps away from that Curtain and a Nurse demanded to know what my reason for being there and what patient I was with (I did have a sticker on my shirt).
I suspect this guy had premeditated that he was going to cause damage and run,
He thinks out his Gun, his magazines, his winter clothes, but makes a decision to leave ID behind.
One of the rules to possess a Minnesota Permit to Carry a Pistol is, you must produce the permit and a valid ID to law enforcement upon request.
His permit was invalid without ID. End of that issue.
