Glad your wood stove and furnace are keeping up. It is about 7:00am now and has been sleeting most of the night. Temp is 24F. Power estimated to be restored 1:00pm today, but I am doubtful given the level of icing. I do not hear anymore crack-thud sounds so guess all the weak old growth trees have finished sacrificing themselves to the ice. In my many years here on the homestead this is the worst I have ever witnessed.
