I just looked it up. While it is a name of a geographical area in South America, the company has trademarked the name.
Of course it is, but that is not the issue. The drag queen has made logos and merchandise intended to mimic marketing by Patagonia. Things such taking Patagonia’s mountain logo and replacing the sky with a rainbow flag, seeking shirts with “Pattie Gonia Hiking Club” on them and so on.
If it were just the name that would be one thing. But this goes well beyond that.

No different than Apple trademarking their name as it refers to Computer Products. Or Macintosh.
Patagonia's trademark refers to camping, outdoor stuff, etc. She/He is directly copying logos, fonts, etc.
