This smacks of prior censorship, a constitutional no-no when it comes to freedom of speech.

It reminds us of a bevy of lawyers somewhere in the bowels of Department Defense, as it was called in those days, who were passing judgment on what targets may or may not be struck in active theaters of war with real soldiers in harm's way.

Courts are established to administer justice after the fact, they are not constitutionally empowered to become Chiefs of Police, they might as well suit up and ride along with SWAT teams.

That’s a reasonable POV but it would be nice to hear it from SCOTUS.
