Yes. It’s just one of the observations made in the red-pill forums, the ones that actually care about women and not the angry ones.
Women need male affirmation and many women unwisely think that getting a few dozen affirmations daily from men mean that they don’t have to settle for man at that point. Sometimes, they wait until the affirmations dry up and often they end up permanently single because they didn’t seek to be wives when they had the greatest chance of becoming one.

I don’t think that all women NEED male affirmation. Some do, probably due to the way they were raised and the family dynamics.
I’ve known single women who have dedicated their lives to foreign missions, living their lives in abysmal conditions, whose only male affirmation they needed was God’s. My mother had a roommate in Bible college who said that from childhood she knew that God had called her to be a missionary as a single woman. She never dated. She was that for 50 years.
My “old maid” aunt was single her whole life, very accomplished, and the last thing she cared about was what men thought about her. (She was kinda mean though 🫤)
