I would love to see a “Better Call Saul” junkyard dog libel plaintiff attorney rip into her in court. I bet a jury would tie the strings all together and say Candace is guilty of libel.
From what I have seen, the lawyer would lose. Saying "Person A has close ties to person B, who is a known associate of person C, who is a convicted pedophile and part of an organization which currently caters to abused children" could not be considered slander of person A, even if the implication is that person A has some involvement. Of course, I'm not a lawyer or any other part of our crooked legal system.
Aside from the loudmouths who have a political axe to grind, there seem to be people who cannot stand even the slightest implication that TPUSA is anything but a pure, godly organization. I think Kirk was a good man, but they murdered him, and under TPUSA's watch. I think Candace's investigations have shown enough evidence that TPUSA or a few of its key members are dirty, and a lot of people cannot tolerate that. They wish to stay in their crafted bubble. Worse yet is the implication that TPUSA may have been a propaganda puppet for larger groups.
My axiom is that, any time very large quantities of money are involved, dirty people are going to come out of the woodwork, and when someone or something has high propaganda value, a different kind of dirty people is going to come out of the woodwork. When you have both, well...

I have no axe to grind on TPUSA, Charlie Kirk or Erika Kirk.
My issue is I don’t like to see someone who is supposed to be on our side generating conspiracy theories based on weak evidence.
In addition Candace’s flirtation with New Age theories makes it hard to take her seriously.
She seems like a con artist to me—playing at doing research instead of doing real research.
