There’s only one answer - this country must be crawling with CRAZIES! What makes people take to the streets to show their displeasure about whatever is going on? Not a clue!!! Most people are too busy with their own lives to think about going out on the streets TO COMMIT VIOLENT ACTS! There's multiple causes with the most prominent being the affirmation being given by elected officials that this type of behavior is acceptable in civil society. Most FR-types recognize this as childish fantasy - the weak-minded and corrupted souls find permission in the absence of law and order. So they act out and their sponsors smile in approval.
It was stated in another thread that root-cause can be traced back to "Sanctuary Cities" rules, which were a a big "FU" to rule of law and our elected officials just went along to get along. The do-nothing conservative right under Mitch McConnell did squat to push-back on it. So here we are with Trump and Homan showing the only testicles the right has against an entrenched group of adults with the mindset of 12 year-olds.
