Ms Rachel - is like a Sesame Street character? A cartoon influencer?
She is a You Tube pre school person. She teaches kids how to count and stuff like that. Her show is targeted to 18 mo to 3 year olds.
That said, she is a strong lib off line. But, that stuff never came through on the shows I watched with the little grandkids.
