If you think that Iran defaulting is a “good” thing, you’re a fool...
Western civilization is undergoing a *massive* call on it’s economic/currency systems, I kinda think it’s gonna be a little more than just a *blip* this time, I’m not alone:

In 2004 I thought the crack-up-boom would be when housing/mortgage CULTural fraud hit it’s zenith (2007-2008), but I didn’t really plan on U$D printing trillions upon trillions to keep the nauseating musical chair game proceeding, now here we are staring down a reckoning at least 10X worse.
Elections have consequences, the failure of Boobus Americanus to reject the (D)(R) Uniparty madness, install “representatives” that uphold the rule-of-law from top-to-bottom, is IMHO the No.1 mistake that led to this date with destiny, whereas *had* we had taken our lumps during the dot.com bubble and/or housing mortgage shenanigans, this nightmare could have been nipped in the bud.
Are. You. Ready. For. Consequences?
>Are. You. Ready. For. Consequences?
WAY too many on FR: “Sure. As soon as I get back what I ‘paid into’.”
*roll eyes*
Not a good thing, but inevitable at this point.
In regards to Iran, almost all the damage has already occurred. Further damage to the West will be minimal. Countries more closely tied to Iran may no be so lucky.
The above does not negate the rest of your post, however. :-)
