I have a link to the report... Not sure how to post.
If so , a reversal for how long? One minute. Ten minutes, ten weeks.ten months? Then what? A new baseline or worse than before? Promising, but preliminary.
This wording should be your first clue among others. Bogus.
Congrats. Your halting English AI just arrived at studies I posted in the past two months, right here on Free Republic.
It can read!

I have learned that people with mothers that were over 38 years old when they were born, have a strong chance of getting Alsheimer’s Disease...
No matter how much we want this to be true, all cures are scams unless proven otherwise. Also EVERYTHING from India is a scam. If you think it’s not, you haven’t looked hard enough.
Not all Dementia is Alzheimer’s. Some dementia is a side effect of prescription drugs, and the remedy is to stop the drug(s).
Aw, dammit! I wanted pills that cure everything.
This study is not so easily dismissed.
Yes, I read the whole thing.
The simple answer... No. There is no reversal from Alzheimer’s disease. Period! The most common cause... Living too long... Isn’t going away and that is the reason why there are so many cases... Because we are all living too long. The good news... Most patients are typically on their way out anyways.
It’s a scam or it would be on TV and everywhere else...reminds me of how my wife will start watching one of these, “We have a special formula for fast and easy weight loss”, scams - they go on and on and on and never get to the part where they tell you the recipe...I think the wife has finally caught on....
The writing is laughable
A multiple organ transplant [lungs, livers, kidneys, pancreas, GI tract] could determine for sure if it is a brain problem or not.
Nicotinamide Riboside (NR)
“In a phase 2 double-blind randomized controlled trial of 60 Alzheimer’s disease patients, treatment with combined metabolic activators (CMA) that included 1 g of NR, 12.35 g of L-serine, 2.55 g of Nacetylcysteine, and 3.73 g of L-carnitine tartrate was tested (Yulug et al., 2023). The CMA was dissolved in water and taken orally—1 dose daily for the first 28 days and twice daily thereafter until day 84.
“CMA treatment showed a significant improvement in cognitive function measured by ADAS-Cog, with a 26% improvement on day 28 (p=0.0000003) and a 29% improvement on day 84 (p=0.00001) compared to baseline.”

NOTE: That was the most positive thing I saw by glancing at the document. My quote should not be relied upon as medical advice. The document is almost three years old. The clinical trials are quite likely to be complete.

Donepezil, sold under the brand name Aricept among others, is a medication used to treat dementia of the Alzheimer’s type. It appears to result in a small benefit in mental function and ability to function. Use, however, has not been shown to change the progression of the disease. Treatment should be stopped if no benefit is seen. It is taken by mouth or via a transdermal patch.

“Pieper emphasized that current over-the-counter NAD+-precursors have been shown in animal models to raise cellular NAD+ to dangerously high levels that promote cancer. The pharmacological approach in this study, however, uses a pharmacologic agent (P7C3-A20) that enables cells to maintain their proper balance of NAD+ under conditions of otherwise overwhelming stress, without elevating NAD+ to supraphysiologic levels.”
“both lines of mice fully recovered cognitive function. This was accompanied by normalized blood levels of phosphorylated tau 217, a recently approved clinical biomarker of AD in people”
“They predicted one drug, letrozole, would remedy Alzheimer’s in neurons; and another, irinotecan, would help glia. Letrozole is usually used to treat breast cancer; irinotecan is usually used to treat colon and lung cancer.”
“Letrozole, sold under the brand name Femara among others, is an aromatase inhibitor medication that is used in the treatment of breast cancer for post-menopausal women.”
