I have over a dozen Broccoli plants in my back yard (Virginia Beach) winter garden. It’s one of the easiest plants to maintain. No insects or fungus, no urgency with regard to watering, and very few weeds. Just hold off planting until the cool Autumn weather kicks in and kills off all the leaf eating bugs. It’s a no brainer!!
