Crystal-clear new footage shows the moments leading up to the killing of Renee Nicole Good, filmed by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent who shot her.
Good, 37, could be seen smiling at Jonathan 'Jon' Ross while sitting in her Honda Pilot on Wednesday afternoon and saying, 'That's fine dude. I'm not mad,' in a video shot by the officer that was obtained by Minnesota outlet Alpha News.
Her wife, Rebecca Good, 40, could be heard urging the agent to 'show his face' as she asks him, 'You want to come at us?'
'You want to come at us? I say go get yourself some lunch big boy,' Rebecca said, with her own cellphone in hand. 'Go ahead.'
As the tension mounted on the Minneapolis street, Good was told to get out of the car but ignored the order.
She began revving the engine and drove off during what the Trump administration says was part of a protest against the planned detention of Somali migrants in the area.
Rebecca can be heard shouting 'drive baby, drive' as Ross's camera jerked. It is unclear if he was struck by the car or jumped to get out of its way.
Ross fired three shots, including one through the front windshield of the Honda, which struck and killed Good. An agent is heard calling Good a 'f***ing bitch' as shots rang out.
Moments later, her car crashed into the back of two vehicles parked nearby. The shocking chain of events quickly divided the United States.

1. The agent can’t be expected to start measuring wheel angles. And they change within a a fraction of a second.
2. So, why did she hit the agent if the wheels were turned away?
No matter what her intent was, there was still a human being in her path and she chose to proceed forward anyway. Someone who commits a reckless act but doesn’t intend to injure can still cause harm. If I discharge firearm in public, it is reasonable to conclude that someone can be seriously injured by my act, even though they were not the intended target. Same holds true for this situation, she was in control of a two ton vehicle and acted recklessly trying to flee arrest and injured someone.
one good thing (kind of) , she’s white which proves you have to follow same rules whether you’re black or white. Maybe white parents need to instruct their kids what to do when stopped by police, as much as black parents reportedly do.
The street is not dry. You can see her wheels spinning briefly as she steps on the gas.
She absolutely knew he was in front of her. She's laughing at the agent in the second pic, because she thinks she's part of a protected class immune from anything happening to her from interferring with ice
screen caps of the video

He “defiantly” knew what he was talking about.
She made eye contact at that very moment and was smiling. Saw still frames of it.
Not quite. Initially the wheels were turned to the left, from her blocking the lanes. When she reversed, with the wheels to the left, she had to turn to the right to straighten them out. The Pilot was then moving straight at the agent, whom she bumped with the fender, as she was trying to drive away. The look on her face implied she didn’t care if she had to hit him to flee.
There was a video of a proceeding in Israel that happened after a sniper shot a guy who had taken a busload of civilians hostage.
A discussion of the sort you mentioned was taking place.
I'm not sure if it was in a court of law, or in a meeting of the Knesset, but the woman who was in charge said to the witness "you mean, a trial should have been convened while the situation was unfolding, with a judge and a jury, and a court reporter?"
As she said this, she was actually laughing a bit.
The Agent didn’t even pull his gun until the vehicle started forward. Initially the tires were aimed straight at him. He has no duty to retreat.
Foolhardy behaviour can end badly. This time it did.
👍
Good job! Those pics represent about 3 seconds (or less) with the last two being the moment she hit the officer.
She knew exactly what she was doing.
Her intent is irrelevant.
Her actions placed the life of a law enforcement officer in jeopardy.
Had she successfully driven away, and the officer was wounded, then her intent would come into play. But I do agree that she was not intending to hurt anyone. When you drive recklessly and cause injury or death, you are still criminally liable.
There’s a joke my friends have told for decades: that when a young man dies most of the time it’s with his best friend right next to him.
Because they were doing something stupid at the time.
The lesson: don’t do stupid s__t, because bad things tend to happen and when they do they go REAL bad.
The one officer she wouldn’t have wanted in front of her was: one who someone else had tried to kill with his car. Anyone else might have had a slower reaction time, but he was likely anticipating it from being traumatized last time (he was dragged for 300 feet that time).
So, she did something damned stupid, and it wasn’t her lucky day. Hence the joke we’ve been telling for 30 years. Sometimes your luck runs out.
"Bumped" is putting it mildly. Go to the 4:30 mark in the following video and you can clearly see, in spite of the grainy quality, just how hard she hit the officer.

Another thing that some said was unclear fron a prior thread, was that there were 2 agents involved.
This should help to clear that up.
The agent that comes from the silver ice vehicle, approaches the pilot, telling the driver to get out of the car at 34 seconds

is the one that tries the door. The agent that was holding the cell phone, that was hit, is the one in front of the pilot, pointed to by the arrow.

Also, all three shots are audible in the video, if you turn up the volume
Or so you would have us believe, but we can see that she hit him because he was right in front of her when she stomped the gas. He was so close that the turning radius of the car caused her to hit him in spite of her supposed attempt to turn the steering wheel as you claim. The video clip shows her looking right at the ICE Agent and was shot in the face.
Hint: that means he was in front of her and she knew she was running over him.
Does the agent have grounds to sue all the people/organizations that are threatening him and his family and releasing personal info?
If the arm of ICE agent who reached into the car was caught by it he could would have been seriously injured or killed no matter which way the wheels were turned.
