Yesterday Homeland Security made an official statement as to what the officers are taught is proper procedure.

So what was the official statement?
As I’ve posted numerous times Homeland Security said agents were trained to never approach a car from the front and that shooting the driver does NOT stop the car from moving forward. Basically commonsense something this particular agent lacked since this was the SECOND time he was clipped by a car that he was standing in front of. Unfortunately there is no cure for stupidity.
