I watched the video a couple of times. It looked to me like the ICE agent by the left headlight in front of the car was in danger once the car moved.
The only question is was the woman deliberately trying to run the agent down, or was she just trying to escape? Either way, it is reasonable to say that the agent was in danger.
The stupid woman should have just stayed put, and followed instructions.
I watched it a few times too. Clearly she was blocking them. And once that agent tried opening her car door, my guess is she panicked and immediately tried to flee. But unfortunately for her, another agent was in front of her car, and he can’t know in the moment if she’s fleeing or trying to kill him, so in my opinion it was a good shoot.
I’m sure the MSM will say that he should’ve just jumped out of the way of the moving vehicle.

I would say - both. However I predict the ICE agent has a good chance of prevailing.

“Yes, Minnesota generally requires a unanimous jury verdict for criminal convictions, a standard solidified by the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Ramos v. Louisiana (2020), though some specific Minnesota Court of Appeals decisions have addressed nuances in certain statutes, such as first-degree criminal sexual conduct, requiring clarity on unanimity for different elements of the crime.”
