You can just stop right there. Once the ICE agent is hit with a deadly weapon, all bets are off. No different than if she had a knife and only "nicked" him.
I was replying to another poster who didn’t see the agent in front of the vehicle. She was driving right at him trying to get away. This looks like clear self-defense to me.
