Nobody doubleposts on purpose. And doubleposters are as frustrated by it as you are by reading it. Give them some sympathy and maybe help analyze why it happens and how to prevent it.

My theory is that you wait and wait and wait and then decide that you didn’t hit the post button squarely. Not much to be done about that other than to give yourself a wait time limit that might be longer than usual before hitting post again.
