DOJ should file a motion to recuse him due to his obvious bias against Trump, or have him declared mentally incompetent to hear cases, but that takes some guts.

Maduro has an indictment against him and wife. It won’t be easy to dismiss. There will be lots of appeals...Apprehension legality should be decided by agreement between nations. Since Venezuela basked in its generally recognized “illegitimate” status ( so many nations governments thought so)....there could be no formal agreement...so Venezuela has let itself open to all sorts of incursion....
Not to mention it has a miserable air force and armed force setup...
