I hope there is a grand jury hearing evidence on Jack Smith’s lawfare.

Jack Smith believes he can craft the law to fit the prosecution he wants to run.

He did it to the popular GOP governor of VA and he and his wife spent a year in jail. The Supreme Court overturned the conviction and chastised Smith in a 9-0 opinion.

Smith should never be allowed near a courtroom again.

He was doing others’ bidding.

smith, comey, garland...

...there needs to be an ‘apollo program’ plan for prosecutions. I’m not suggesting an ultimate target, but let the emerging evidence (and likely confessions) take us on a journey of justice.

...but I’m not even seeing the will. To the contrary, the will suggests letting this rot like other high order conspiracies (9/11, for one).

Though I may regularly mock blondi, she answers only to one person.

...and the evidence is growing that he’s been compromised to assure that the ‘corporation’ is protected.

As it stands now, blondi is Exhibit 1.

"..who attempted to put President Trump in prison for acknowledging that the 2020 election was tainted by fraud"

Yet that's exactly what democrats did with the 2016 election and even went so far as to concoct an asinine story that Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election. They KNEW it was fake, they lied to a judge, yet went ahead with fake hearings, a fake investigation, they destroyed innocent people financially, they harmed a sitting Presidents ability to do his job, they harmed foreign affairs and here we are NINE years later and not ONE of these bastards have been indicted! Compare that to what they did to Rudy Guiliani. If Trump does his entire term and let's them get away with, I am DONE with politics.

Everyone on MAGA’s side thinks Jack off Smith’s J6 prosecutorial misconduct is so gross he should be disbarred and jailed. By Smith’s reasoning he’s guilty as charged.

Jack Smith is the modern day version of Maximilien Robespierre who sent many French citizens to the guillotine... ironically, Robespierre was executed by guillotine to end the “Reign of Terror.”

I was on a federal grand jury. One of the eventual indictments was against a crook who was a literal diagnosed psychopath (which was not directly relevant to the indictment, but sure explained a lot).

His mannerisms were exactly like Jack Smith.

Same smug expression.

The desire to create a crime of “election interference” is misguided and very dangerous.

Letting would-be officeholders campaign for votes, and letting existing officials count the votes, involves and always has involved sharp elbows and shady practices. That is inherent to the system, and cannot be changed without dictatorial powers. The famous “Mr. Dooley” told the truth when his creator had him say, “politics ain’t beanbag”.

THAT IS WHY choice of the President was vested in State Legislatures, each acting independently of the others, with each Legislature appointing special voters (”electors”), by whatever means they see fit.

It just so happens that all 50 existing Legislatures use idiots voting as the method by which they appoint their electors, at least under normal circumstances, but Article II and Amendment XII give them perfect freedom to have all people voting, some people voting, or no people voting as the part to chusing electors.

“Yet we do know more.”

Yeah and the more we learn, the more we know that will or can be done about the voting fraud. While the red states are making valiant attempts to cleanup voter fraud, the blue (and soon to turn blue) states are doing the exact opposite. This will result in blue wave after blue wave elections.

There are basically four requirements to vote in our elections:

1. Be a United States citizen

2. Reach the age of majority (18 years)

3. Not having been convicted of a felony (except some states ignore this)

4. Not be mentally incompetent (also ignored by some states)

We currently have at least 13 states that don’t require ID or proof of the above to vote. And, in some states (including my home state of Washington) it is now ILLEGAL to request ID to vote.

Yeah, we know more and mostly know that we are no longer headed for a cliff, we’ve already fallen off.

Patel this, Bondi that, Comer investigations will in absolutely no indictments, prosecutions, convictions or confinements . . . ever . . .

Re: (1) Every sensible person knows that Joe Biden won the 2020 election.

“If ‘everybody knows’ such and so, then it ain’t true, not by ten thousand to one.” From the Notebooks of Lazarus Long by Robert Heinlein.

That makes better sense than anything Jack Smith may say.
(Doesn’t ‘Jack Smith’ sound like the weakest cover identity ever? John Doe sounds more likely.)
