Or what? Freezing funds doesn’t have any effect and the “officials” they will get will be below GS-3. All the state will do is file a counter suite, find a liberal appointed judge to freeze the funds holding, and tie the damn thing up in court until after the midterm. And by the time the demanded info reaches anyone they will settle and the Somali’s will be in another state, with new names and a new fund to steal from. No jail, no blame on anyone important enough, and it will just go somewhere else.
