Right? And I completely understood why they put that one second back on the clock: UGA could certainly return the kickoff for a TD and win the game. It’s happened before, of course, and these kids were legitimately owed that opportunity. But…yeah, it just seemed cruel to make those boys keep taking the field when you KNOW they just wanted to go to the locker room and cry!
The whole end of the game just felt like “If the Biden Admin Ran the CFP.” Just one big weird cluster…
