But graffiti is nonsense even when everything is quiet. Arrest the naughty boy who did the anti-Jewish, anti-black or whatever statement, or drew boobs on a billboard with a male picture, call his mother and father, and they’ll take a belt to his a@@, and that’s that. “Hate crime”. Ridiculous.
