The Scumalians stole their own documents so no one could verify that their were few if any children there. There should be some evidence, dna, fingerprints, nearby cameras, cell phone tracking, etc., and the FBI should offer a reward. Lets see how fast they rat out each other. I don’t believe that if the center was legit, anything would be stolen.
A lot easier than that. Legitimate daycare centers burn through a lot of food and other supplies. Bank and retailer records will make this “theft” of critical documents irrelevant
