Amir Tsrfati:
An intelligence report cited by The Times claims that Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has prepared a contingency plan to flee Tehran potentially to Moscow if nationwide unrest escalates and security forces begin to defect or disobey orders.
The report says the plan involves a small inner circle, pre-positioned assets abroad, and draws on the precedent of Bashar al-Assad’s flight to Russia, reflecting concerns about Khamenei’s declining health, isolation during recent protests, and fears that loyalty within the security apparatus could fracture amid mounting economic hardship and public anger.

The intel report is certainly not likely to build confidence in the current Iranian regime... Khamenei can immediately find escape - into H3ll. 🤷
