Disturbing new footage shows Alex Pretti armed, spitting at federal immigration officers and smashing the taillights of their black SUV during a chaotic clash more than a week before he was fatally shot by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis.
The video, which the BBC said it has verified, captured the ICU nurse yelling at agents while they were driving away during a heated Jan. 13 protest before booting the back of the car, prompting them to jump out and tackle him to the ground, according to footage from the News Movement.
That explains his broken rib. The footage shows he wasn’t a nice guy and that he was marauding around, looking for trouble.

The legacy media will simply never show this video. It seems that the statement put out by pretti’sfamily’s lawyer also skipped mentioning it. It is understandable that people can have a completely different and wrong view of situations when they never see or hear mention of what came before the law enforcement action.
That earlier pic of Prettiboy kicking out the tail light also shows him, in the take down, with a pistol stuck in the back of his underwear. He should have been busted hard then.
Everybody pay attention ‘cause I’m only going to “splain this once:
There is another line at the bottom of a typical carry permit, in every state I’m familiar with, that rarely gets mentioned. It requires that if one is carrying a weapon “concealed” then it must actually be concealed. No “printing” under a tee shirt. No outline inside the underpants. No butt sticking out of the crotch zipper belt. No butt showing above the belt behind the Jockey shorts. It must be concealed so that it can’t be noticed by casual observation. It always requires another piece of gear so that the weapon can’t wander or otherwise show an identifiable weapon shape.
The Intimidation aspect of “showing” a weapon must be avoided.
A situation that has happened locally a few times is that Quick Draw McGraw stuffs a pistol into his Jockies just above his buttcrack, drops a tee shirt over it, and heads to the grocery store. When he reaches down to get a soup can off the bottom shelf his shirt climbs up showing the piece to the nice lady down the aisle. She calls the manager since it spooks her. McGraw gets escorted out of the store. If a deputy gets called and the report pizzes off the Sheriff the guy gets dinged for “brandishing” and sometimes the CCL gets pulled.
The whole, and main, idea behind “concealed carry” is to be unobtrusive and avoid alarming others about the presence of a weapon. Regardless of why it might be needed. The purpose is NOT to let the cool kids waddle around with firepower sticking out of bodily orifices.

In both of the known instances of Prettiboy wrestling with the ICEs he was violating the basic rules of concealed carry and should have been busted by the local cops before he got hisself shot. And, oh yeah, his family are also dumbasses because they had to know he is/was a screwoff.
