The CIA set up for a over hyped hack right after election. December 2020 targeting SolarWinds that effects US government agencies the first on their list was The National Institutes of Health (NIH.) it hit private and governmental Email. Just before the covid vax roll out.

Nothing unusual about that.
The plandemic was simply taking it's course.

Also CIA rarely put their name on something unless it's in house. not for the public.
