The 1965 Hart-Celler Act (Immigration and Nationality Act), which fundamentally reformed U.S. immigration by abolishing discriminatory national-origins quotas, favoring Northern and Western Europeans, and replacing it with a system prioritizing family reunification, skilled workers, and refugees, dramatically increasing diversity and immigration from Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and setting annual caps per country, with major impact still felt today.

Yeah, I was almost a teenager when that POS was Prez. First president I hated for his betrayal of VN and our servicemembers. He has dropped down the list, but he’d hafta with Carter, Bush1&2, Crinton, and the Magic Negro.
