My son in law worked for the TSA at the Minneapolis airport and confirms that it was common for Somalis with hundred of thousands in cash in their carry on bags to pass through security. He said the TSA would keep a log of the names, amounts and destinations that was passed on to presumably the FBI, but nothing was done

It’s not likely to be possible unless TSA agents are being bribed. Homeland Security (HS) needs to have all MSP TSA agents stand down and be replaced by military or national guard until HS can figure it out.
