Did two winters driving and working outside in Massachusetts, not doing that again.

But for this Texan, the coldest time working outside there was when it was 34-37 degrees and mist’n/drizzl’n…cold to the bone.

Rain at those temperatures is beyond bone chilling.

It's BRUTAL. The humidity makes it very penetrating.
