Yes. My head is spinning considering all those possibilities.

(Isn’t it true that government, being sovereign, must give citizens permission to sue them? Or is/was that applicable only to Federal government? Government can “just say ‘no’”.)

I think government has control over the ability of one to sue and get to trial which is what this case could reset the β€œbar” so to speak 🀣🧐🧐
