This was a West Virginia state ban...I don’t see anything in the article that says RFK endorsed this particular set of West VA laws, though he is on record as favoring bans on many such dyes nationally. I see the law being affirmed in the higher courts as being a state’s rights issue. I mean if California can get away with stringent enviromental laws that impact the rest of the 50 states, why not West Va with its food dye bans??!!
